Return and Refund policy. Due to the nature of ride on toys that they are concidered used once they are driven even just once, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer a thirty (30) day warranty that covers moving electrical parts to insure that the vehicle is running. The policy does not include mechanical parts such as hinges or cosmetic parts on the riding toy since issues relating to those parts are most often caused by missuse or in some cases abuse. We will correct any mechanical part concern.
Additionally we offer extended after warranty product assistance which is not heard of in the industry. When most sellers of ride on toys will avoid your efforts to contact them with issues after the warranty period expires, we actually welcome the comunication and look forward to assisting you to help you keep your childs riding toy opperational. We will trouble shoot over the phone to determine the issue and offer guidance for you to get it going on your end first. If we can't resolve it that way, we invite you to bring the item to us for our experts to look at it and attempt to resolve it to the best of our ability. Though it is not 100% guaranteed that we will be able to resolve the issue, our record is pretty good that we can fix it and get you going again. The best part is that we offer this service for FREE. We don't charge labor when we do this. If we have to replace a part and we are able to get that part, we only charge you the cost of the part for the repair. Again this type of service is totally unheard of in our industry, but we feel it is the right thing to do and hope that our efforts to serve you will be recognized by your faith in us to the point that you would recommend that others purchase their ride on toys from us as well.
Please note that any shipping costs related to warranty or out of warranty repairs are the resonsibility of the customer and not our responsibility. For this reason, if you are not in the local area, it is best to work carefully with us over the phone where we can assist in you repairing the item on your end to prevent you from having to ship an item this size back and forth since it is very expensive to do that. Normally we can work together over the phone and resolve the issue or at least determine the issue. We can ship parts for you to complete repairs on your end if it is determined that a part will resolve the issue.
